Insurance

ICS works with most major insurance companies.

As an “in-network” provider for chemical dependency services, ICS bills the following insurance companies: 

  • First Choice Health Network

  • Kaiser Permanente

  • Medicaid

  • Premera Blue Cross (including LifeWise Health Plan of Washington)

ICS does not currently accept: 

  • Medicare

  • TRICARE

  • ValueOptions (Beacon Health Options)

  • CIGNA

  • Regence Blue Shield

  • Aetna

Cash

If you do not have (or do not wish to use) insurance, we are happy to work with you to create a payment plan so your program will be paid in full by your treatment completion date.
